Your Role

  • Prompting and administering medication to ensure our clients receive the right treatment.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and domestic duties, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans to reflect changes in our clients' needs.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care interventions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a care assistant, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Good professional and personal references.
