Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford Springfield Road. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including new releases and promotions
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
