Job Title: Casual Sales Assistant

FLANNELS is the luxury fashion destination for men and women, offering an edit of over 200 brands from established international designers to contemporary labels.

We are seeking truly exceptional, driven, and proven Sales Assistants to join our team, who share our innate attention to detail and timeless style.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a sincere and warm welcome to customers, ensuring they are aware of your assistance.
  • Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' needs and preferences.
  • Recommend, select, and locate merchandise that meets customers' needs.
  • Inform customers about in-store offers, promotions, and store cards.
  • Process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a customer-friendly and focused environment at all times.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Educate and guide customers about Flannels, its brands, and products.
  • Offer alternatives and add-on sales as necessary.
  • Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day.
  • Comply with all Flannels policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for fashion retail.

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, and hours can vary from week to week. As a result, there may be weeks with no hours offered.
