Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford Springfield Road. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working with our team to create a fun and engaging shopping experience, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and visual displays.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
