Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Verification Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our firmware engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing verification methodologies for FPGA firmware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis of system and firmware level requirements to identify poor or unverifiable requirements.
  • Develop and implement test procedures for FPGA firmware that adhere to project requirements and firmware group policies.
  • Review and understand requirements to produce firmware test specifications.
  • Ensure test procedures and processes are compatible with project and firmware groups continuous integration systems.
  • Contribute to customer-facing meetings through document preparation and participation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in an engineering, mathematical, or science-based subject or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of FPGA design verification, test tools, and design for test.
  • Experience of using Xilinx, Lattice, Altera, or Microsemi FPGAs and their associated development tool chains.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand hardware schematics.
