About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our Pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Colleague. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and assisting with various pharmacy tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Assist with various pharmacy tasks, including assembling and processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support the Pharmacist with patient services, such as blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes.
- Develop an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and work to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, highly organized, and passionate about delivering great results. You should have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.
