Job Description:

We're looking for an exceptional trainer who can craft compelling training packages that meet our high standards. Additionally, you'll be expected to monitor delivery products, ensuring they meet our quality requirements, and implement best practices in training and assessment. To achieve these goals, you'll need to possess excellent coaching and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You should also be highly organized, with strong time management skills, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment. Furthermore, your creative flair will enable you to design engaging materials that make complex concepts accessible to learners, and your presentation skills will captivate audiences, making even the most technical information enjoyable and informative.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require relevant qualifications in the water industry, solid Maths and English skills, a full driving license, and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols. In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, depending on your level of experience, as well as various benefits designed to support your overall well-being.
