We are seeking a driven and energetic Project Engineer to join our team in Birmingham (Hybrid Working). The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering innovative projects that contribute to ecological transformation.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
  1. Lead the Change: Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications, deadlines, and budget targets.
  2. Be Resourceful: Proactively anticipate resource needs, develop cost-optimisation strategies, and expertly manage project variations.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety and technical excellence.
  4. Safety Champion: Advocate for health and safety practices on site, conducting thorough risk assessments.
  5. Effective Communicator: Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in projects, ideally within the water or process sectors.
  • Experience with specific water treatment technologies.
  • A HNC / HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering or project management.
