**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our team at Intertek. As a Technical Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Goods In department and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and support the Goods In department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of samples and materials.
  • Receive and log samples, and accurately record their arrival in our laboratory system.
  • Administer the LIMS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and organize samples for distribution to other sites, and coordinate with laboratory teams for analysis.
  • Purchase and order consumables, and manage associated paperwork, storage, and distribution.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, archiving, and data entry using Excel spreadsheets.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in an administration role is beneficial, but not required.
  • Excellent IT literacy skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional and responsible attitude.
  • Full UK driving license.
