Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the Goods In department, ensuring timely and efficient processing of samples and materials.
  • Receive and log samples, accurately recording their arrival and subsequent processing.
  • Administer the LIMS system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless data management.
  • Prepare and organize samples for distribution to other sites, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Purchase and order consumables, handling associated paperwork, storage, and distribution.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, archiving, and working with Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration role is beneficial, but not required.
  • Excellent IT literacy skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional and responsible attitude.
  • Full UK driving license.
