Job Description

We are seeking two dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our school's Enhanced Provision in NG4. As a member of our team, you will provide 1:1 support to pupils with ASD, developing tailored plans to address their specific needs. You will also contribute to creating a supportive learning environment that encourages collaboration and inclusivity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working with pupils who have ASD and a solid understanding of strategies to support sensory and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 with pupils who require ASD support.
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to address individual pupil needs.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that promotes academic and emotional growth.
  • Ensure the classroom remains a positive, inclusive space for all pupils.
