We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Cost Controller to join our team at art'otel London Hoxton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for controlling and analyzing purchases, transfers, voids, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and report on variances between actual and theoretical results
  • Lead month-end stock-taking for all stores, cellars, and outlets
  • Manage stock levels and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Optimize F&B menus and cost of sales
  • Review and report on company policies and procedures
  • Update inventory requisitions and maintain accurate records
  • Validate prices and menu changes in the point of sale system
  • Review and sign off voids' summary for suspicious transactions

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
