Leading a skilled engineering team in a manufacturing environment requires a proven track record of success. As a seasoned CAD/CAM Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of precision-engineered components to leading manufacturers. With 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will possess in-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO13458, SC21 & Health & Safety standards. Additionally, your expertise in utilizing CAD/CAM software, particularly Open Mind Hypermill, will enable you to drive innovation and excellence in our organization.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader who can develop and implement strategies to improve our engineering operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your exceptional leadership skills, combined with your technical expertise, will empower our engineering team to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve project objectives
- Develop and implement engineering processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including death in service income protection insurance, pension fund, and standard 28-day holiday entitlement.
