Our care home is a charity-run organization that provides 24-hour residential and respite care for up to 39 residents. We have a dedicated team who provide a comfortable and caring environment where residents can maintain their independence and make decisions about their lives.

As a Registered Manager, you will be supported by a team of professionals who share your commitment to delivering exceptional care. You will be responsible for managing the home\u2019s finances, staffing, premises, and services, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

\u2022 At least two years\u2019 experience in a senior management capacity
\u2022 A management qualification or care equivalent to NVQ level 5
\u2022 Leadership skills
\u2022 Caring
\u2022 Good communication skills
\u2022 Organized
\u2022 Flexible
\u2022 Good IT skills
\u2022 An active team player
