Job Title: Financial Controller

ATB Group UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our plant, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring cost control and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Reporting:
    • Develop and oversee budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with budgeted figures.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Operational Support:
    • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the manufacturing process.
    • Evaluate the financial impact of supply chain decisions.
    • Identify areas where costs can be reduced without compromising quality or production capabilities.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance:
    • Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard assets.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or above academic degree with a relevant major.
  • More than 8 years of working experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong Microsoft skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English & Chinese (Mandarin).
