Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Implementation Lead to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity will involve leading the implementation of SlowMo, a digitally supported therapy for psychosis.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing CBT for psychosis therapies, as well as training and supervising therapists in these areas. They will also have a strong understanding of the theory and practice of specialised psychological therapies in specific difficult-to-treat groups.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive interdisciplinary team, promoting therapist adoption of SlowMo in routine care and contributing to the development of an automated training package and implementation logic model.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: West Sussex
