Digital Mental Health Project Manager

We are seeking a Clinical Lead for Psychosis Treatment to lead the implementation of a new digital therapy for psychosis in our Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing CBT for psychosis therapies and experience in supervising therapists. They will be responsible for training trust therapists, providing consultation and supervision, and promoting therapist adoption of the therapy in routine care.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on a Wellcome funded study that aims to investigate the effectiveness of SlowMo2 in real-world settings. The project involves implementing SlowMo2 in our Trust and working with a friendly and supportive interdisciplinary team. The role requires strong clinical and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Train trust therapists in SlowMo using a train-the-trainer model
- Provide consultation and supervision to therapists delivering SlowMo
- Promote therapist adoption of SlowMo in routine care
- Liaise with project leads and software developers to maintain the performance and safety of the SlowMo software
- Supervise site Assistant Psychologists to support data collection
