Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced mental health services manager to lead our Wellbeing Services team. As a key member of our Student Experience division, you will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and developing proactive initiatives around mental health and wellbeing.

You will have a proven track record in managing complex organizational structures, taking direction, and making informed decisions under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.

About the Job:

You will oversee the day-to-day management of part-time/full-time therapists, locums, trainees, and psychological wellbeing practitioners. You will also develop and implement smarter ways of working using case management systems and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Wellbeing Services team to provide proactive initiatives around mental health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement smarter ways of working using case management systems and administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced mental health services manager with a proven track record.
  • Proven ability to manage complex organizational structures.
