We are seeking an exceptional Catering Support Professional to join our dedicated team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality catering services to our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chef Manager and be responsible for ensuring that all food safety, hygiene, and health requirements are met. This includes minimizing waste, using equipment efficiently, and escalating any concerns or issues.

You will work closely with our residents to provide a personalized dining experience, promoting their well-being and satisfaction. Your expertise in food safety and hygiene will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, including COSHH
  • Previous catering experience with basic food safety knowledge and knife skills
  • Experience working with older adults

In addition, you should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a flexible approach to working as part of a team.
