Hospitality Support Worker

Reporting into the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality catering service that meets the health, safety, and hygiene requirements of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a quality catering service that meets the needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
- Minimise wastage and use equipment correctly.
- Escalate concerns and issues to the Chef Manager.
- Level 2 food safety certificate.
- Health and safety procedures, including COSHH.
- Previous catering experience with knowledge of basic food safety and safe use of knives and kitchen equipment.
- Experience of working with older people.
- Ability to organise time and prioritise activities.
- Able to work in a pressured environment.
- Flexible and able to work as part of a team and individually.
