Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead a large mixed-use residential development in West London.
The project involves the delivery of 610 residential units, commercial, retail, car parking, and landscape, with a project value of £120m.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Director and will be responsible for overseeing the project from planning to delivery.
We are looking for applicants with previous experience in managing mixed-use residential developments exceeding £80m, with a strong background in planning, design, pre-construction, and delivery.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive basic salary between £140k – £160k, plus a full package and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing mixed-use residential developments exceeding £80m.
- Strong background in planning, design, pre-construction, and delivery.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
