Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team at Wordcomm. As a key member of our creative services team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with account managers to take briefs, measure sites, and work with subcontractors and senior staff from concept to finished project.
  • Conduct site surveys to gather measurements for different branding solutions and provide advice to customers on the best way to create a new area.
  • Develop concept documents and costings for Wordcomm jobs, showcasing clients a full picture of what we are proposing on each project.
  • Work with account managers to discuss options with clients, supply visuals for approval, and ensure expectations are met.
  • Be present on site during installations, ensuring projects are carried out safely and in time.
  • Perform office work, including packing and sending out work, forecasting, and financial management.
