Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Organise and lead activities, events, and outings that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
