Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: RMN/RGN Needed
Location: WV124ET
Job Type: Zero-hour Contract (Temporary contract with potential to extend)
We are seeking dedicated and experienced RMN/RGN nurses who are confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will ideally have significant previous nursing experience and demonstrate true commitment to both your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment planning
- Implementation
- Evaluations of based interventions
- Health care promotion within the NHS Framework
- Providing a nurse service to patients while taking account of cultural and spiritual beliefs and needs
- Be responsible for the appropriate risk assessment of service users and pricing guidance during the decision-making process
- Ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments
Requirements:
- Minimum Three months experience
- You will be responsible for setting a quality of standards for the clinical practise in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy
