Job Description:
As a Building Surveyor at Cowie Consulting Ltd, you will play a key role in conducting condition surveys and property valuations for various purposes. With our focus on quality and client satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our close-knit team.

About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as mileage expenses, car scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and professional development opportunities. Our team prioritizes quality over quantity, ensuring that each survey is thoroughly completed to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed condition surveys of residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Prepare clear and thorough condition reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements
- Undertake accurate property valuations for purchase, sale, insurance, inheritance, or capital gains tax purposes
- Offer expert guidance on property condition, necessary repairs, and regulatory compliance
