Surveying Professional Darlington

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying and possess excellent communication skills. You will be expected to work independently, conducting condition surveys and producing high-quality reports. Responsibilities:
- Conduct condition surveys and valuations
- Analyse defects and produce professional reports and specifications
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar. You should also have good all-round surveying experience and be client-facing. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you may be required to travel in and around Darlington.
