About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Fusion People Ltd. As a key member of our estimating function, you will play a crucial role in assessing suitability of tender enquiries, compiling project estimates, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Job Description
  • Assessing material, labour, and equipment required for specific projects, analyzing various quotes from our supply chain.
  • Managing the process of compiling, reviewing, and submitting budgets.
  • Compiling project estimates for structural steelwork and relevant sub-contract works in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinating technical stakeholders (internal and external) to assist in the preparation of competitive quotations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
  • Great communication skills, IT literacy, and strong maths skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and organisation skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work using your initiative and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
What We Offer

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
