Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and strategy, driving innovation and ensuring the seamless integration of our cloud and AI infrastructure solutions. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of experienced engineers, developers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud and AI infrastructure solutions, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with other executive leaders to identify and prioritize new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the company's products and services.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, system architecture, and project management.
  • Represent the company in technical forums, conferences, and industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology-driven company, preferably within the cloud computing or AI sector.
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML technologies, and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
