Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in a leadership role. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Serving as a pharmacy manager with oversight over the operation and management of a Tesco Pharmacy store or pharmacy section within a larger retail environment.
  2. Developing, implementing, and managing business plans to achieve performance targets and drive growth.
  3. Maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).
  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
