Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme, holiday pay, and a bonus scheme.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals and deliver exceptional patient care and services. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  2. Developing and implementing business plans to achieve performance targets and drive growth.
  3. Maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).
  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
