Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Stylist to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As a Sales Stylist, you will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level customer service through teamwork and living our brand values
  • Offer exceptional one-on-one customer service and ensure the customer comes first
  • Support Store Management team in achieving individual and store sales targets
  • Assist with deliveries and organization of stockroom
  • Be a brand ambassador

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for the brand and living our values
  • Be consumer-focused and able to offer great customer service
  • Have previous retail experience, ideally with tailoring experience
  • Be confident in selling our products and approaching and supporting customers
