Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Hays Travel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales growth
  • Produce daily reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth
  • Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels
  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role with experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver
