We're seeking an experienced handler for a hybrid role in Newcastle under Lyme (ST5), Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours/week. Salary: £22,500pa - £25,000pa DOE.

The ideal candidate will own a caseload of insurance claims, managing all aspects from start to finish. Responsibilities include fielding calls, engaging with clients and suppliers via multiple channels, and prioritizing workload with high autonomy. As a senior position, you'll also lead teams or triage claims, appointing suppliers for optimal customer outcomes while controlling costs.

To succeed, bring previous customer service experience, insurance industry knowledge (Household), and technical skills, including good IT proficiency and written/oral communication skills. A degree in Buildings Insurance or related fields is beneficial. Organizational skills are essential for this challenging yet rewarding role.
