Manpower RPO - Babcock is seeking a skilled Nuclear Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Nuclear Commercial Strategy function, you will play a vital role in positioning us as a strategic partner with the Ministry of Defence (MOD).

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £51,941, depending on experience, plus benefits. The successful candidate will be based in Bristol and work full-time, 35 hours per week, with regular travel to our site.

The role involves managing contracts and negotiations, ensuring compliance with commercial policies, processes, and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contractual risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining commercial relationships with suppliers and partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in contract and bid management, ideally gained within the UK Defence market.
  • Knowledge of commercial terms and types of agreements.
