Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of a wide range of accommodation assets, including joinery, tiling, drainage, flooring, plastering, and minor roof repairs.
  • Working on both pre-planned and reactive repairs.
  • Ensuring high-quality services for clients and adhering to timescales and standards.
  • Solving technical issues and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and documenting all tasks accurately.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Understanding of maintenance within facilities management or construction.
  • Good communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
Job Package:
  • Salary: £27,500.
  • Holiday: 25 days.
