Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions.

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across large commercial office sites. You will work with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the client receives the highest level of service to their assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across large commercial office sites
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Investigate complaints and take appropriate action
  • Ensure feedback is provided to the helpdesk on the progress of M&E jobs
  • Carry out specialist technical and non-technical work as deemed appropriate to the continuing maintenance function on the client portfolio

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • An understanding of most building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, etc)
  • Good communication skills
  • Health & Safety experience
  • Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)

Package:
  • £28,000 basic salary (Depending on role)
  • 25 days annual leave
