Nursery Assistant Practitioner and Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant Practitioner and Room Leader to join our team at our outstanding rated children's day nursery and preschool in Reigate.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence, and a range of experiences, while meeting all of the children's needs.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
  • Assist the Room Lead and Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day-to-day high-quality childcare.
Requirements:
  • Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play, and be safe.
  • Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five (desirable).
  • Be passionate about building a career in Early Years and be willing to take on a fully funded external qualification.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
