Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Reigate Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care and education.

About the Role

As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, including managing staff, resources, and budgets.
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with special educational needs.
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in decision-making.
  • Leading and managing a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible care and education.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children
