Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant Practitioner and Room Leader to join our team at our outstanding rated children's day nursery and preschool in Reigate.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence, and a range of experiences, while meeting all of the children's needs.

You will work closely with the Room Lead and Nursery Management to ensure the provision of high-quality childcare and support the development of our children.

Requirements
  • Passion for childcare and helping children to achieve, play, and be safe
  • Previous experience of working with children under the age of five (desirable)
  • Passion for building a career in Early Years and willingness to take on a fully funded external qualification
