Adaptimmune Therapeutics PLC is seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our Vector Process & Analytical Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and qualification of analytical assays used for Lentiviral Vector characterisation and release.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute experimental work to progress group and company objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to logistically plan, analyse, summarise and record experimental results, and maintain relevant databases and records.
- Participate in group and project meetings and discussions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform routine lab maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Experience working in a commercial or industrial laboratory environment.
- Awareness of regulatory guidelines and expectations around assay or process validation.
