Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Materials Simulation Scientist to join our team at the UK Atomic Energy Authority. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for developing and applying advanced computational methods to simulate the behavior of materials at the atomic level.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement novel computational methods for materials simulation
Collaborate with experimental colleagues to design and interpret experiments
Analyze and interpret large datasets to gain insights into material behavior
Communicate research findings through publications and presentations

Requirements:
PhD in Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
Strong background in computational methods and materials science
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
