About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to take on a senior leadership role within our Psychological Health Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive staff support systems for a large multi-professional team and providing delegated management and clinical leadership duties.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • A Doctorate in clinical psychology or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a practitioner psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council.
  • Extensive experience working as a Clinical Psychologist leader of NHS staff support services.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of strategic principles relating to staff support, including trauma-informed practice and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Benefits and Salary

The salary for this role is £74,290 - £85,601 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours. We also offer a range of benefits to support your work-life balance, including flexible working options and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
