About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Analyst to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of value for our organization, building relationships with key partners, and owning your part in delivering the best supplier management function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Supplier Relationship and Commercial managers in the management of existing supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that any deviations from contractual obligations are raised appropriately for resolution.
  • Ensure the prime technology partner completes their obligations for populating and maintaining key contract management artefacts, including maintaining current versions of all supplier contracts in the Contract Repository, the Contract Renewal Tracker, the Obligation Tracker, the Commercial Risk & Issue Log, and the Commercial Change Log.
  • Support in the management of commercial risks and issues, and assessing the impact of proposed contractual changes.
  • Co-ordinate contract variation, renewal and termination activities, including collating partner feedback and presenting it back to suppliers, acquiring relevant signatures, and providing physical copies of contracts to Legal.
