About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Commercial Analyst to join our team at Howdens, a leading trade kitchen supplier. As an IT Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the IT Commercial function, including the creation of IT purchase orders for goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the drive for increased visibility and control of IT discretionary spend
  • Monitor contracts and facilitate renewals
  • Provide support for infrastructure financial forecasts, including key stakeholder reviews and management reporting
  • Assist with the maintenance of the IS contracts database and the renewal of contracts
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with third-party suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT procurement and contract management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
  • Knowledge of SAP Financials is preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to retain auditable documents and records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
