Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Farr Associates Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our busy finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including sales ledgers and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a finance administration role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
