Front of House Receptionist

Catch 22 is seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in a prestigious and professional building.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact on the reception, dealing with customer enquiries, and ensuring that all meeting rooms are correctly set up and equipped. They will also be responsible for signing in deliveries, handling post, and carrying out building checks to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and visitors
  • Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up and equipped for each meeting
  • Sign in deliveries and handle post
  • Conduct building checks to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct them to the correct person or team
  • Replenish and reorder stock as needed

Requirements:

  • Passionate, professional, and confident individual with excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • Strong team player with a willingness to help
  • Front of house or receptionist experience is an advantage
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or housekeeping is desirable
