About the Role:

As CEO, you will lead the charity's strategic direction, working closely with the Board and Founder to ensure their mission is fulfilled and expanded. Your role will encompass managing a seamless handover from the Founder, implementing a revised strategy, and fostering relationships with stakeholders and partners. This pivotal role requires expertise in organisational growth, financial planning, and strategic development to enhance the impact in water stewardship and WASH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a successful handover from the Founder to the CEO
  • Deliver a revised strategy to support the charity's mission and operational goals
  • Lead and support the Senior Leadership Team and manage resources effectively
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure best governance practices

About You:

We're looking for a values-driven leader with strong strategic vision and the ability to foster a collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have a track record in organisational management, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement, ideally within the charity or environmental sectors. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
