About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Christopher Hyde Lighting. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate inbound client and technical enquiries via all internal and external channels, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and process sales leads, quotations, and facilitation of client-related topics, working closely with our sales team to drive business growth.
  • Create, receive, sort, and check export customs documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to key internal and external stakeholders, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Support and advise on our extensive product range, leveraging your technical aptitude and background to provide expert guidance to customers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to general administration support and CRM data input, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Motivated, personable, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Effective and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organized, team player with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Good listener with the ability to comprehend, plan, organize, and facilitate tasks ahead of time.
  • Previous experience in sales, administration, export and customs, logistics, or freight forwarding roles.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft, with a passion for data and its possibilities.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team-based environment.
