Sales Support Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the external sales team and driving the overall sales effort. Based in our Milton Keynes office, this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate equipment from point of order through to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of any obstacles.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to handle standard quotations for the external sales team and customers, providing accurate and timely information.
- Manage requests for quotations, working with price books to generate quotes and orders, and ensuring all parties are informed of progress.
- Provide day-to-day support to the inside sales manager, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with suppliers, service teams, workshop, and customer centre teams to ensure machines are allocated, tracked, and planned in line with customer expectations.
- Allocate machines for customer centre trials and trade shows, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage external sales team expectations, ensuring consistent information sharing and effective communication.
- Prepare weekly reports on machines and related equipment on order from each supplier, highlighting progress and any challenges.
- Assist with paperwork and communications regarding transportation and border controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with equipment suppliers, escalating machinery queries as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the inside sales manager with machine ordering process details, including general machine records database, paper, and electronic.
- Liaise with suppliers, experts, and other teams to address technical elements of quotes and orders, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Experience in an internal sales role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Commercial aptitude and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
