PRS LTD is a leading provider of specialist support in the operation, maintenance and repair of building services. We are currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to join our team at our prestigious commercial office in Covent Garden.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract
  • Manage contractors
  • Conduct daily tours and report any defects found via the Landlord/Tenant helpdesk
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 Electrical installation or recognised equivalent
  • City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installations
  • 17th or 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) Registration or Recognised equivalent or approved apprenticeship/appropriate experience within Building Services
  • Health & Safety Training
Salary and Benefits:
